These Terms of Service explain the conditions that apply when you visit athletekits.com, browse our products, place an order or otherwise use our services.

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced within them. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or place an order.

Our online store is powered by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce technology used to operate our storefront and checkout.

1. Introduction

These Terms apply to purchases and use of AthleteKits across the markets we currently support:

Australia, Belgium, Canada, Spain, France, Italy, Netherlands, New Zealand, Sweden, United Kingdom and United States.

Certain rights and obligations may vary depending on your country. Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove consumer protections that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

2. Eligibility & Website Use

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order independently.

If you are under 18, purchases should be made only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.

When using AthleteKits, you agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Attempt to interfere with the website's security or normal operation

All products are subject to availability. Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it.

If a product or variant becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you and provide the appropriate available options or refund the affected amount.

4. Pricing, Currency & Payments

We make reasonable efforts to keep pricing accurate. If an obvious pricing, currency or technical error occurs, we may contact you before fulfilment to resolve it. We will not silently charge more than the amount you authorized.

5. Orders & Order Acceptance

Before completing checkout, please review your:

• Final order total

Once your order is successfully submitted, you should receive an order-confirmation email.

An order may still be subject to product availability, successful payment authorization, security checks and fulfilment requirements.

We may be unable to accept or fulfil an order where, for example:

• The product is unavailable
• Payment fails or is reversed
• Material information is incorrect or incomplete
• An obvious pricing or technical error has occurred
• We identify legitimate fraud or security concerns
• The delivery address cannot be serviced
• Fulfilment would be unlawful or reasonably impossible

If AthleteKits cancels an order after payment has been collected, the appropriate amount will be refunded.

6. Shipping & Delivery

AthleteKits provides Express Free Shipping to our supported destinations.

Our normal delivery structure is:

There is no minimum purchase requirement for free shipping.

Delivery times are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates.

Carrier disruption, weather, customs procedures, public holidays, remote locations or other circumstances outside our reasonable control may occasionally affect delivery.

7. Cancellations

AthleteKits provides a limited pre-processing cancellation procedure.

A customer-requested cancellation must meet both of the following conditions:

• The request is made within 8 hours of purchase
• The order has not yet entered processing

Every customer-requested cancellation accepted through this procedure is subject to a 9% cancellation fee, where permitted by applicable law.

The remaining 91% of the eligible order amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

For example, on an eligible £100 cancellation:

Cancellation fee: £9
Refund: £91

Once more than 8 hours have passed, or the order has already entered processing, it cannot be cancelled through this pre-processing procedure.

The 9% fee does not apply where AthleteKits cancels an order because we are unable to fulfil it.

Nothing in this procedure overrides mandatory cancellation or withdrawal rights provided by applicable consumer law.

8. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Eligible products may be returned within 30 days from delivery.

For normal change-of-mind, size or fit returns, products should be returned in a condition suitable for inspection and resale.

Items should generally be:

• Unused beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect them
• Unwashed
• Free from marks, stains, odours or damage
• Returned with original tags where supplied
• Returned with original packaging where reasonably possible

Footwear may be tried on indoors on a clean surface to check the fit.

Shoes intended for a normal return should not have been worn outdoors or used for running, training or everyday wear. Soles should remain clean and unmarked.

For ordinary voluntary returns, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

AthleteKits charges no restocking fee.

Exchanges are accepted for eligible products subject to availability.

Approved refunds are normally issued to the original payment method and processed by AthleteKits within 10 days after approval.

Different rules may apply where a product is damaged, defective, incorrect or not as described. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

9. Third-Party Brands & Intellectual Property

AthleteKits offers products carrying trademarks and branding belonging to third-party manufacturers.

Product names, logos, trademarks and other intellectual property belonging to those manufacturers remain the property of their respective owners.

Their appearance on AthleteKits is used to identify and describe the products offered through our store.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, displaying or selling a third-party branded product does not mean AthleteKits is sponsored by, endorsed by, officially affiliated with or operating as the official website of that manufacturer.

Original AthleteKits branding, written content, graphics, layout and other material created specifically for athletekits.com may also be protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may use our website for normal personal shopping and other lawful purposes, but protected content may not be commercially reproduced, republished or exploited without appropriate permission.

10. Website Accuracy & Third-Party Services

We work to keep AthleteKits accurate and up to date.

Occasionally, the website may contain typographical errors, outdated information, incorrect specifications or other technical inaccuracies.

Where we identify an error, we may correct it. If a material error affects an existing order, we will address it fairly rather than silently changing the agreed transaction.

15. Prices, Taxes and Import Charges

All product prices displayed by AthleteKits include applicable taxes. Customs duties, import taxes and customs-clearance charges associated with delivering an order are included in the product price or covered by AthleteKits.

The total presented at checkout is the final amount payable to AthleteKits. Customers will not be required to pay additional import charges upon delivery.

AthleteKits is not responsible for separate fees independently imposed by a customer’s bank or payment provider, including currency-conversion or international transaction fees.

That final sentence prevents a bank’s foreign-transaction fee from being incorrectly treated as an undisclosed AthleteKits charge.

16. Changes & Contact

We may update these Terms where our services, policies, website, business practices or applicable requirements change.

The latest version will be published on this page together with its updated date.

Changes will not normally rewrite the terms applicable to an order that has already been completed, except where required or permitted by applicable law.
